Every user has a personal mailbox with a standard set of folders. Through the web interface you can read, compose, move, delete and flag messages.

Folders

• Inbox
• Sent
• Drafts
• Trash
• Archive
• Incubation (when quarantine is enabled)

Filter rules

Under Mail filters you create Sieve rules that sort, forward or flag incoming mail automatically.

Example:

Field:      From
Comparison: contains
Value:      newsletter@
Action:     Move to folder "Newsletter"

Incubation

Suspicious incoming or outgoing messages are placed in incubation. Administrators, or users with the appropriate permission, can release or reject them.
