Right of withdrawal
For consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB

AnnexGroup is aimed at companies and IT service providers. If you are a consumer, the following applies to you nevertheless — that is why it is stated here.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by post or e-mail). You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the period if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your knowledge that by consenting you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. At checkout, we obtain this consent expressly — it is not a default. If you need the licence file immediately, you consent. If you want to keep your right of withdrawal, you do not consent; we then issue the licence after the fourteen days have passed. A note we consider fair: you do not have to risk anything for the decision. The 14-day trial runs with the full feature set, without registration and without payment details — so you can try everything before any contract comes into being at all.
