Withdraw from contract

Three details are enough. We are not allowed to ask for more.

This is the second step. Only submitting declares the withdrawal. The full notice is in the withdrawal policy.

The licence number from your licence mail or the invoice number from your invoice. If you have neither at hand, the purchase date and the e-mail address you bought with are enough.

The acknowledgement of receipt, with date and time, goes here.

You do not have to give a reason. We appreciate one all the same.
