The admin wizard at /admin/wizard walks you through recurring setup tasks step by step. It is particularly useful right after installation, when no domain has been configured yet.

Adding a domain

The workflow currently implemented:

1. Welcome – an overview of the steps ahead.
2. Create domain – enter the domain name (for example example.com).
3. DNS records – AnnexGroup shows the recommended DNS entries:
   • MX record (derived from the system configuration)
   • SPF record
   • DMARC record
4. DKIM key – generate a DKIM key with a selector of your choice (default: annexgroup).
5. Done – summary and pointers to the next steps (publish the DNS records at your provider, create users, watch the monitoring).

Important notes

• Publish the DNS records with your domain provider.
• DKIM and SPF records improve the deliverability of outgoing mail considerably.
• The wizard is not a substitute for full DNS verification; use Administration → Domain details where needed.
